Saturday, October 7:  


2:00pm - 4:00pm Optional Early Packet Pickup available at Dave & Buster’s North Point, 6500 North Point Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30022 PLEASE BRING YOUR QR CODE (can be shown on your phone or printed).  You are also welcome to pick up packets for friends or family by providing their QR code.  As a reminder, this is a live event only.  We cannot mail any event related items.  


Sunday, October 8:

  • 6:00am - 7:00: Race Day Packet Pickup (PLEASE HAVE YOUR QR CODE READY)
  • 7:30am: 10K Start
  • 7:35am: 5K Start (we kindly ask walkers and those pushing strollers to start in the back) 
  • 8:18am – 10K Lap Cutoff (You must complete your first lap of the 10K within 48 minutes of the start. You will not be allowed to continue after this time, however you will be scored in the 5K if you miss this cutoff)
  • 9:30am: COURSE CLOSED

Please remember this is a live event only, we do not ship any event related items. Finisher medals are only given to those that complete the event. 

Q: What if it rains on race day?
A:  We will do everything in our power to give you all a beautiful day, BUT yes, if it rains this event will take place.


Q: Where should I park?

A: There is plenty of parking for this event in the North Point area, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the race start time.


Q: Do you offer virtual options?

A: No, this is a live event only.  Only those that complete the run (or walk), will receive the 2023 finisher medal. 


Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: As noted when you registered, we cannot offer deferments or refunds. However, we do allow you to transfer your race bib to another participant anytime before Wednesday, October 4th .  Shirts
 and any other event related merchandise will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend the event. If you would like to transfer your race bib to another participant, please use the TRANSFER LINK


Q: Can I give/sell my race entry to another person?

A: Entries are transferable, but must be done through our registration site.   Transfers are allowed until 3 ays prior to the event (October 4th). Completing the transfer through our system is MANDATORY.  This is for the safety of the runner as well as necessary to satisfy insurance requirements of the event. If a runner collapses or is otherwise injured during the race and is running as someone else, we would not have emergency information available for them. This could result in further injury.  Instructions on how to transfer to another runner can be found HERE.


Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: Absolutely! You will be given the shirt size and style you selected when you registered.  If you would like to exchange your shirt for a different size, please come to the registration table on Sunday morning at 7:05am (sizes and quantities are available on a first come/first serve basis) Please check your shirt fit before you leave as we cannot make exchanges once the event is over.


Q: Can I change my distance?
A: Yes, if you would like to change your distance, please use the DISTANCE CHANGE REQUEST LINK


Q: Is there a cutoff time for the 10K?

A: City permits limit the race time available to participants. Participants in the 10K must complete their first lap within 48 minutes of the start time.  If you do not make this cutoff, you will not be allowed to continue and you will be moved to the 5K.


Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? 

A: No – although we love dogs, due to safety concerns, they are not allowed on the course.  Elements that could impede the safety of runners, such as bikes, skates, skateboards, and pets on the course, are not allowed. The safety of our runners is our number one priority. 


Q: Are strollers allowed on the course?
A: Yes, strollers are allowed.  However, we kindly ask that anyone pushing a stroller start in the back as to not impede the safetly of those running.  


Q: Do I have to wear my race number?
A: All participants must wear their race bib and have it clearly displayed on their FRONT during the event. The race number is how you are timed and scored. If we can't see your race number, you may not be listed in the results. Anyone on the course must be wearing a race bib. The only exception would be a child (4 years or younger) that remains in a stroller for the duration of the event. Under no circumstances can you wear a race bib not assigned to you, or carry a race bib for someone else.


Q: Where can I see my results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com.
