Thank you for joining us for the Brew HaHa 5K!

 As you make plans for October 27th, please note some of the event details. 

Brew HaHa 5K

Event location: Village Health Club & Spa: 4200 S Alma School Rd, Chandler.  The start/finish area will be in the large parking lot on the corner of W. Ocotillo Road & S Alma School Road.  MAP LINK

SCHEDULE:

  • Wednesday, October 23th: Bib transfers closed
  • Saturday, October 26th

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm Optional early packet pickup available. PLEASE HAVE YOUR QR CODE READY FOR FASTER PICKUP.  You are also welcome to pick up packets for friends or family by providing their QR code.  (QR CODES CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR TICKET CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL TRANSACTION)
  • Sunday, October 27th:
  • 6:00am - 7:00am Packet pickup 
  • 7:00am Packet pickup officially closes.  No bib pick up after 7:00am so we can allow staff to prepare for the race start.  (ALL PACKETS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 7:00am)
  • 7:05 Shirt sales and exchanges
  • 7:30am RUN/WALK START 
  • Please remember this is a live event only.  We do not ship any event related items and finisher medals are only presented at the finish line on race day.  
  • IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A FINISH LINE BEER, PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR ID
  • FINISH LINE PARTY AREA IS RESERVED FOR PARTICIPANTS ONLY.  SPACE IS VERY LIMITED AND WE WANT TO MAKE SURE ALL PARTICIPANTS CAN ENJOY THEIR EXPERIENCE.  

Q: What if it rains on race day?
A: You will probably get wet.  But we will be there getting wet with you.  And I promise you, staff will complain more.


Q: Can a friend pick up my packet for me?
A: Absolutely! Please provide them with your QR Code 


Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: This event does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event. However, we do allow you to transfer your race bib to another participant.   All transfers are available through Wednesday, October 23rd. After that time, all transfer options are completely closed (sorry, no exceptions).  Please see TRANSFER OPTIONS for complete details.  Shirts and any other event related merchandise will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend. 


Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: Yes. You will be given the shirt size you selected when you registered. If you would like a different size, please come to the registration table at 7:05am (sizes and quantities are available on a first come/first serve basis) Please check your shirt fit before you leave as we cannot make exchanges once the event is over.

Q: Do I have to wear my race number?
A: All participants must wear their race bib and have it clearly displayed on their front during the event. The race number is how you are timed and scored. If we can't see your race number, you may not be listed in the results. Anyone on the course must be wearing a race bib. The only exception would be a child (4 years or younger) that remains in a stroller for the duration of the 5K. Under no circumstances can you wear a race bib not assigned to you, or carry a race bib for someone else.

Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? 

A: No – although we love dogs, due to safety concerns, they are not allowed on the course.


Q: Are strollers allowed on the course?
A: Stollers are allowed but for safety reasons and out of respect for those running, anyone pushing a stroller must start in the back.   Strollers may not be larger than 31″ wide.  Wagons are not allowed.  Scooters are not allowed.  All children not registered, must remain in the stroller while on the course.  


Q: Where can I see my results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com. Please check your results before you leave. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AGE GROUP AWARD AT THE EVENT - WE CANNOT MAIL AWARDS.

Q: Will there be any race photos?
A: Yes, and all photos will be free to download without any watermarks.   HOWEVER, please understand we cannot guarantee photos of each participants, so if you want to have a specific photo taken, please feel free to ask our photographer directly and he will be glad to get your photo.
