Getting ready for SHE Power!  

Let's get excited!  Only 9 more days until we all come together for the 2025 SHE Power 10K & 5K!

As you make plans for January 26th, please note some of the event details.  

Start/Finish Location: Downtown Chandler Stage Park, 178 E Commonwealth Ave, Chandler AZ 85225


EVENT SCHEDULE:

  • Saturday, January 25: 11:00am - 3:00pm Optional Early Packet pickup available at the Chandler Community Center (NEW LOCATION), 125 E Commonwealth Ave, Chandler.  As a reminder, please have your QR code ready for a more efficient pickup.  You are also welcome to pick up packets for friends or family by providing their QR code. (QR Codes are included in your ticket confirmation email sent automatically along with your order confirmation email at the time of registration)
  • Sunday, January 26:  6:30am - 7:30am Packet Pickup available inside the Chandler Community Center, 125 E Commonwealth Ave, Chandler.  As a reminder, please have your QR code ready for a more efficient pickup.
    •   8:00am: 10K & 5K Start (run will start in waves based on anticipated pace) 
    • 8:50am: First lap cutoff for those participating in the 10K (you must complete your first lap prior to this cutoff to continue on the 10K course)
    • 10:00am: Course closes to all participants 

Please remember this is a live event only, we do not host virtual events or ship any event related items. Finisher medals are presented at the finish line to those that complete the event with us on race day.  

Q: What if it rains on race day?
A:  We will do everything in our power to give you all a beautiful day, BUT yes, if it rains this event will take place.


Q: Where should I park?
A: That's one of the best things about Chandler, AZ... FREE PARKING! Please use this MAP LINK to find parking for race day and for packet pickup.


Q: Can a friend pick up my packet for me?
A: Absolutely! But to ensure permission, they must provide your QR code.

Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: As agreed to during the registration process, this event does not offer refunds or deferrals.  This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event. However, we do allow you to transfer your race bib to another participant.   All transfers are available through Wednesday, January 22nd. After that time, all transfer options are completely closed (sorry, no exceptions).   Shirts and any other event related merchandise will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend. If you would like to transfer your race bib to another participant, please complete the transfer process found here: https://www.131events.com/transfer-information/

Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: Absolutely! You will be given the shirt size and style you selected when you registered. If you would like a different size you can contact us prior to January 5th and we will make the adjustment.  If you would like to exchange at packet pickup,  please ask at the registration table (sizes and quantities are available on a first come/first serve basis) Please check your shirt fit before you leave as we cannot make exchanges once the event is over


Q: Are strollers allowed on the course? 

A: Strollers are NOT allowed on the 10K course but are permitted on the 5K course. For the 5K you will be asked to start in the back for safety reasons and out of respect for those running.  Strollers may not be larger than 31" wide.  Stroller wagons are not allowed.  No wagons or scooters.


Q: Do I have to wear my race number?
A: All participants must wear their race bib and have it clearly displayed on their FRONT during the event. The race number is how you are timed and scored. If we can't see your race number, you may not be listed in the results. Anyone on the course must be wearing a race bib at all times. The only exception would be for a child (4 years or younger) that remains in a stroller for the duration of the event.   Under no circumstances can you wear a race bib not assigned to you, or carry a race bib for someone else.


Q: Where can I see my results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com. Please check your results before you leave. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AGE GROUP AWARD AT THE EVENT - WE CANNOT MAIL AWARDS.


Q: Will there be any race photos?
A: Yes, and all photos will be free to download without any watermarks.   HOWEVER, please understand we cannot guarantee photos so if you want to have a specific photo taken, please feel free to ask our photographer directly and he will be glad to get your photo.
