Q: Where can I find my QR code?
A: QR Codes are sent automatically in your ticket confirmation email when you complete your order. These emails go to the email address provided on each ticket, not to the email associated with the order. We will re-send all QR codes on Thursday prior to the race by email and text message (if you provided a mobile number on your registration). Your QR code is your event ticket, please either print out or have that QR code accessible on your phone when you pick up your bib. NOTE: ALL participants are assigned their own individual QR code.
Q: Will the race be cancelled if it rains? A: We would love some rain, hopefully before or after the event, but regardless the event will take place if it rains on race day.
Q: Can a friend pick up my packet for me? A: Absolutely! But to ensure permission, they must provide your QR code.
Q: Where should I park? A: There is plenty of parking avaiable at the park.
Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options? A: This event does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event. However, we do allow you to transfer your race bib to another participant. All transfers are available through Wednesday, February 5th. After that time, all transfer options are completely closed (sorry, no exceptions). Shirts and any other event related merchandise will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend. If you would like to transfer your race bib to another participant, please complete the TRANSFER REQUEST LINK .
Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size? A: Yes. If you selected a shirt during registration, you will be given the shirt size you selected at that time. If you would like a different size, please come to the packet pickup table at 7:35am (sizes and quantities are available on a first come/first serve basis) Please check your shirt fit before you leave as we cannot make exchanges once the event is over. If you selected the race shirt with your entry, you must pick it up by 7:30am. Any shirts not picked up by 7:30am will be made available for the shirt exchange.
Q: Are strollers allowed on the course?
A: Strollers are permitted, however you must start in the back for safety reasons and out of respect for those running. Strollers may not be larger than 31" wide. Stroller wagons are not allowed. No wagons or scooters.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? A: No – although we love dogs, due to safety concerns, they are not allowed on the course.
Q: Do I have to wear my race number? A: All participants must wear their race bib and have it clearly displayed on their FRONT during the event. The race number is how you are timed and scored. If we can't see your race number, you may not be listed in the results. Anyone on the course must be wearing a race bib at all times. The only exception would be for a child (4 years or younger) that remains in a stroller for the duration of the event. Under no circumstances can you wear a race bib not assigned to you, or carry a race bib for someone else.
Q: Where can I see my results? A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com. Please check your results before you leave. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AGE GROUP AWARD AT THE EVENT - WE CANNOT MAIL AWARDS.
